| I did a sticky board test on 3 of my 14 hives.
Below are some pictures from the tests. On July 13 I sprayed Pam on the boards and put in the hives around 6 PM. Then on July 14 around 6 PM I removed the boards and used a flashlight and magnifying glass to search for the Varrora. Not good news ! Hive 2 had 46 mites - Hive 4 had 155 mites and Hive 6 had 55 mites. Confectioners Sugar will be applied to these 3 hives on a weekly treatment for several weeks. Will also do a sticky board test on the other hives.
